  1. Overview:
  2.    This window is used to enter special fields for the company. 
  3.       All fields on this window are optional.
  4.  
  5. Fields:
  6.    Company - The current company name is shown.  This field may 
  7.       not be changed.
  8.   
  9.    Description - Default description for all bills entered from 
  10.       this company.  This field can be printed on the check.
  11.  
  12.    Catagory - Select the default catagory from the list box.  
  13.       This will be the default catagory for all bills entered
  14.       from this company.
  15.  
  16.    Usually due - Day of the month that bills from this company 
  17.       are usually due.  The value entered is used to compute the
  18.       default due date for the bill.
  19.  
  20.    On hold - Check this option, to stop all payments to this company.
  21.       New bills may still be entered, but not selected for payment.
  22.  
  23.    No checks - Check this option, if checks are not required for this
  24.       company.  If checked, bills will be paid, but no check will 
  25.       be printed.
  26.  
  27.    941 required - Check this option, if a 941 is required for this
  28.       company.  This field serves as a reminder of IRS 941 
  29.       requirements for this company.  Currently, 941 forms are
  30.       not produced by this program, but the company summary 
  31.       information shows the yearly amounts.

  33. Buttons:
  34.    Ok - Updates all special fields and returns to the "Company 
  35.       Information" window.
  36.  
  37.    Cancel - Returns to the "Company Information" window, does not
  38.      update any information not "Ok'ed" so far.
  39.  
  40. Menu Bar:
  41.    File:
  42.       Exit - Leave this program.  An option will be presented to take
  43.          a back-up of all files.  This option is recommended.
  44.  
  45.    Options:
  46.       Summary Info - Opens another window of summary information 
  47.          for this company.  Statistics include total payments, 
  48.          last activity, and current due.
  49.  
  50.    Windows:
  51.       Bank Accounts - Opens another window for bank account
  52.          information.  You can use this option to select a new
  53.          bank account, or change the account information.
  54.  
  55.       Catagories - Opens another window for catagory information.
  56.          You can use this option to add a new catagory for bill entry.
  57.  
  58.       Check Register - Opens another window to select and display
  59.          the check register for the current bank.
  60.  
  61.       Company Information - This item can not be selected. 
  62.          To return to "Company Information" use "OK" or "Cancel". 
  63.             
  64.       Enter Bills - Opens another window to enter bills.  Bills
  65.          can be entered as soon as they are received. 
  66.  
  67.       Pay Bills - Opens another window to select and pay bills.
  68.          Bills can be selected for payment by company, catagory, or
  69.          due date.

  71.    Help:
  72.       I'm Stuck - You found this option, it is what you are
  73.          currently reading.
  74.  
  75.       Error Messages - Shows all fatal error messages and their
  76.          corrective actions.

  78.       About - Shows information about this program.  Including how
  79.          to register.
